Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Cadet to join our dynamic sales team in Ormeau office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry.

  • Identify and qualify prospects through email outreach, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and identify their challenges through effective questioning.

As a Sales Cadet, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of departments and develop your skills in sales, communication, and problem-solving.

You will also have access to regular and ongoing professional development training, enhancing your skills and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kick off sales cycles by identifying and qualifying prospects.
  • Connect with prospective customers through email outreach, LinkedIn and cold calling.
  • Work closely with Senior Consultants to book qualified meetings and take prospects through an enterprise sales cycle.
  • Develop relationships with prospects and identify their challenges through effective questioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest in building a career in sales or the supply chain industry.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone and in person.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, interpret data, and identify trends.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
  • Self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve goals and celebrate success.
  • Previous customer service, retail, or phone-based experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • Resilience, positivity, and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
