About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to join our passionate close-knit team who deliver creative marketing campaigns and celebrate brand excellence.

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand positioning aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, PR, and events.
  • Identify and leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to refine marketing tactics.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and return on investment (ROI) goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
