Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced marketing strategist to play a pivotal role in executing our firm's growth plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and systems for use across the firm.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Build brand awareness through thought leadership content and targeted client communications.
  • Support persuasive pitching and rapid conversion of qualified opportunities into client engagements.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and marketing analytics to assess performance and inform strategy.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation across digital channels.

You will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic marketing and business development plans.
  • Exceptional content creation skills with experience producing high-quality digital content.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including adaptable copywriting and proofreading.
