Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Driver Trainer.

About the Role
  • Deliver mentoring and coaching to Trainee Drivers and Locomotive Drivers within competency-based frameworks.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and assessment to drivers in order to meet business objectives safely.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement training plans, reports, learning documents, logbooks, and check sheets.
  2. Conduct fair assessments of personnel to high safety standards using various upskilling methods.
  3. Plan and organize competency and learning programs for employees.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is mandatory.
  • Ability to apply best practice train management techniques for efficient and safe train operations.
