Job Title: People and Culture Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support to management teams on people management matters
  • Develop workforce planning and retention strategies
  • Enhance employee relations and engagement
  • Implement diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and practices
Requirements:
  • Up-to-date knowledge of human resource policies and practices
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and employer of choice practices
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Services or Community Services desirable
Essential Skills:
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Effective relationship management and influencing skills
  • Highly developed organisational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to interact positively at all levels
  • Current valid NSW driver's license
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
