Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the contractual and financial aspects of luxury multi-residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years' experience in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably in luxury or high-end residential projects.

This key role involves preparing detailed scopes of work, maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence.

The Senior Contract Administrator will lead the procurement process, overseeing contract letting and supplier engagement from start to finish.

Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best possible terms and outcomes is also a critical aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will assess and process subcontractor progress claims and payments in a timely and efficient manner.

They will monitor project expenses and conduct regular cost reporting and forecasting to ensure budgets are maintained.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively, are essential for this role.

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
