We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and drive the implementation of a comprehensive document management strategy for a corporate function.
This impactful role will shape the future of People and Culture document management at Santos. Key responsibilities include:
- Scoping, management, and delivery of frameworks and projects focused on employee data and information principles.
- Development of a People and Culture document management strategy.
- Digitisation of employee files and records.
- Establishing a framework for maintaining key people-related resources and information.
- Building knowledge management databases.
The successful candidate will have experience in influencing strategic and operational changes in P&C data management, processes, and systems to deliver world-class data management services.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, HR, or a related discipline.
- Significant relevant experience and/or certification in change management, process improvement, and/or project management is an advantage.
- Highly developed capability in information and/or document management.
- Working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and tools including HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Ability to effectively influence in a matrix structure, both in person and remotely.
