We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our firm.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will manage files independently from start to finish and collaborate closely with clients, agents, and referral partners. Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing Conveyancing Transactions from start to finish;
  • Reviewing and advising on Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements;
  • Preparing Contracts of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statements;
  • Attending to client queries with clarity and confidence;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with valued referral partners;
  • Working effectively with digital platforms including PEXA, Duties Online, Adobe and Outlook.

You will work within a supportive environment with streamlined systems and guidance where needed.

Key Requirements
  • At least two years' experience managing residential files independently;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise calmly;
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset;
  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Infotrack, Landata, Adobe Forms, PEXA and TriConvey;
