Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing residential and commercial property matters from start to finish. This is a full-time, onsite role in our newly renovated office.


About the Role:
  • Preparing contracts, vendor statements, and related documents
  • Liaising with clients, agents, banks and other stakeholders
  • Meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance standards

Requirements:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently
  • Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience
  • Experience using systems such as LEAP, PEXA and Microsoft Office
