Job Description

This is a role in the Digital Surveillance Collection team that involves managing technical solution delivery through collaboration with various teams.

The team develops and operates lawful covert surveillance capabilities to support operational requirements. Engineering teams manage data collection, ingestion, and AI/ML enrichment for analytics platforms and reporting tools.

The role involves defining product deliverables, translating customer requirements into actionable insights, and bringing the product vision to life through problem-solving ability and expertise in product management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Working closely with business stakeholders to identify customer needs and business objectives
  2. Conducting user research to inform product decisions
  3. Defining product requirements and prioritizing features
  4. Developing and maintaining product roadmaps

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen
  • Negative Vetting 1 security clearance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
