Job Description

The Senior Product Manager role is responsible for identifying customer needs and business objectives that a technology product will fulfill, and managing the delivery of technical solutions through close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, governance, and compliance teams.

This involves defining and prioritizing product deliverables, translating customer requirements into actionable insights, and bringing the product vision to life through superior problem-solving ability, expertise in product management, and a working technical knowledge of AI/ML and its application into usable capabilities.

The Senior Product Manager acts as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals, user experience, and technical feasibility.

As a Senior Product Manager in this organization, you will be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with regulatory frameworks, codes of conduct, and governance instruments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Industry certifications or demonstrated expertise in product management, business analysis, or a related field
  • Industry certifications or demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and working with software development and system integration teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities, informed both by your own technical expertise and the advice of others
  • Experience with product roadmap development and task management tools (e.g., Gitlab, Jira)
  • Expertise relevant to the development and implementation of AI/ML or data analytics services
  • Demonstrated ability to influence the product team by effectively communicating user needs, business priorities, and strategic insights to drive alignment and informed decision-making
  • Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to drive decision-making
