Asset Management Expertise Sought

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a technical advisor for clients within the public sector, focusing on whole-of-life asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects locally, nationally, and internationally, developing strategic asset management plans tailored to client needs.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives through a whole-of-life asset management lens, driving sustainable solutions.
  • Support preparation of bids and tender submissions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior professionals in asset management and related fields.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure asset management, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on projects for public sector clients, managing stormwater, asset management, and road infrastructure projects.
  • Strong connections and experience supporting local council clients, understanding local government legislation and processes related to asset management plans and long-term financial plans.
