Lead Asset ManagerWe're seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for clients worldwide. As a leader in the industry, we offer expert guidance and support to our clients.As a Senior Consultant (Asset Manager), you'll act as a technical advisor to public sector clients, overseeing whole life asset management life cycle projects. Your responsibilities will include managing complex medium to large projects locally, nationally and internationally.You'll develop and implement strategic asset management and sustainability plans aligning with client needs and expectations. Additionally, you'll implement new initiatives and cost-saving exercises through a whole-of-life asset management lens on assigned projects.You'll also supervise, mentor and support junior consultants and graduates as required. Ideally, you'll have at least 5-10 years of demonstrated experience with an infrastructure background in asset management within a professional services or consultancy environment.Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar are essential, along with demonstrated expertise working on projects for public sector clients in Adelaide managing storm water, asset management and road infrastructure projects.Strong connections with local council clients and understanding of internal legislation and processes related to asset management plans and LTFPs; asset renewal; service levels; roads and footpaths; ESG and green infrastructure are highly desirable.A knowledge of systems engineering and safety assurance in the context of infrastructure projects is also necessary. Proficiency with Excel (modelling, macros) and various asset management IT platforms is required, along with knowledge of relevant ISO Accreditation standards.Excellent client relationship management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical and technical mindset are highly desirable.
