Technical Asset Developer

We are looking for a skilled technical asset developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement, and technical support of our enterprise asset management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions to improve asset management processes and system functionality.
  • Customise applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Maximo by troubleshooting issues, managing product fixes in partnership with vendors, and ensuring the system remains robust and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide technical coaching, training, and clear documentation to enable the organisation's adoption of asset management solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure that Maximo solutions support strategic asset management goals.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Maximo development and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of application design, automation, escalation, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
