Job Title: State Allied Health Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Allied Health leader to oversee state operations, inspire high-performing teams, and drive business growth in a rapidly expanding organisation.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to lead passionate teams delivering life-changing health services across the state.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience in the Allied Health sector, commercially savvy with strong strategic thinking skills, and be able to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach & develop managers and clinicians across the state
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting & strategic goal achievement
  • Ensure quality standards & outstanding client outcomes
  • Drive growth and contribute to organisational strategy
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in the Allied Health sector
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health + registration with AHPRA, SPA, ESSA or AASW
  • Current driver's licence & own vehicle
