Security Systems Specialist

As a pivotal role in aviation operations and cutting-edge security technology, this position will shape the future of our safety infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to support our critical security technology infrastructure during a time of transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our security software applications, with a strong focus on Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) and CCTV.

The Security Systems Specialist will play a key part in ensuring terminal safety and security, especially as we roll out the new Security Screening Project (SSP). Key responsibilities include supporting and maintaining EACS and CCTV systems, monitoring system status, alarms, and uptime, managing service desk tickets, coordinating system design and integration, managing vendor relationships, configuring access permissions, monitoring hardware lifecycles, and leading camera view management.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-level servers, security software, and field hardware, as well as strong knowledge of legacy and modern EACS and CCTV systems, network infrastructure, and aviation security principles. They will also possess practical experience with CCTV analytics integration, effective contractor management, budgeting, and vendor SLAs, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
