Learning Design Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Design Specialist to drive innovative learning solutions that build capability and create a workforce of champions.

  • Develop and deliver complex, customised learning solutions that enhance organisational performance.
  • Create engaging resources and tools to support future learning needs.

You will partner with senior leaders to understand their requirements, and design and deliver tailored learning solutions. Your work will shape the way we approach future learning.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in learning design, with a track record of creating effective learning solutions for leadership development.
  • Advanced skills in digital learning development tools (e.g. Articulate, Vyond).
  • Exposure to working in medium–large organisations, managing multiple stakeholders cross-functionally, with ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
  • Project management know-how, balancing priorities to deliver outcomes on time and to high standard.

This is a fixed-term opportunity rotating between Work From Home and one of our Processing Centres. We prefer full-time, but consider part-time options.
