About the Role

The Sales Optimisation Manager will lead initiatives from ideation through to implementation, driving optimisation efforts that enhance the customer experience while enabling sustainable growth. This role is key in fostering a culture of innovation and delivering continuous improvement projects that streamline AGL's sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Simplify and optimise sales processes across multiple channels to drive better outcomes, supporting AGL's growth.
  • Lead workshops to gather, validate, and document business requirements for process improvements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare for product and pricing changes by updating sales assets, managing stakeholder queries, and creating training packs and scripts.
  • Provide secondary contact support for Sales Vendors, Brokers, Partnerships.
  • Analyse large data sets to identify optimisation opportunities, working with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end process improvements.
  • Owning the operationalisation of process changes, simplifying information and ensuring successful implementation across the business.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional with a strong background in process improvement and optimisation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, with excellent relationship management skills. A forward-thinking, innovative mindset is essential to drive strategic initiatives and process optimisation projects.
