About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the end-to-end tender and contract management process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial contracts, including compliance, supplier relationship management, negotiation, and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to prepare, evaluate, and manage tenders and contracts.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Presentation of contract award recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
- Ensure successful negotiations, including cost savings, dispute resolution, and relationship management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Procurement, or Law.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry (5+ years).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in price review mechanisms and price adjustments.
- Proven negotiation and contract resolution skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across all levels of the business.
