Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to deliver accurate short-term schedules for our clients' mobile maintenance team.

  • Transform plans into executable daily and weekly schedules, aligning labor, equipment access, materials, permits, and tooling so work gets done safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and issue weekly maintenance execution schedules for our heavy mobile equipment fleet.
  • Coordinate with planners, supervisors, operations, supply, and vendors to ensure job readiness.
  • Prioritize work based on equipment criticality, statutory requirements, and operational needs.
  • Track schedule compliance and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and asset availability.
  • Support shutdown and major service event scheduling.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile equipment/fixed plant scheduling in mining or heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HME maintenance processes and statutory servicing requirements.
  • Proficiency with SAP PM/AMT, Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) - Power BI advantageous.
  • Collaborative communication style and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
