We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Equipment Technician to join our team in Kalgoorlie and the Northern Goldfields. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile crushing circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair mobile crushing equipment, including chutes, conveyor belts, and other critical components
  • Conduct fabrications and redesigns as required, generating drawings for future use
  • Operate Air arc gouging processes and Lincoln LN22 wire feed machines with precision and skill
  • Work with QT steels, particularly hardox450, and apply hard facing techniques to wear items
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel in field and workshop environments, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in mobile crushing circuits, with a strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on remote sites, with a current Driver's Licence (HR preferable)
  • Pass a pre-employment medical check and obtain a National Police Check
