About this Role:
We're seeking a skilled Support Officer to join our Community and Economic Development team.
The successful candidate will provide confidential management and administrative support to the Manager, Community and Economic Development, as well as delivering efficient administrative assistance across the department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely delivery of reports, agendas, minutes and documentation, working closely with the Manager and Coordinators to meet deadlines.
- Support project and event delivery, including room bookings, catering, registrations and relevant correspondence.
- Provide high-quality administration support to the Manager, Coordinators and team members as required.
About You:
You'll be an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in administration and project support. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records and ensure smooth project processes is essential.
Collaboration and communication skills are also vital for effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
