Part-Time Studio Support

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and assist in delivering exceptional service and outcomes for students and parents.

The Job:

  • Handle administration and customer care during lesson times (3pm-8pm weekdays and 9am-3pm Saturdays)
  • Champion quality communication and satisfaction for everyone within the studio environment
  • Support the Studio Lead, handle enrolments/unenrolments, take payments, troubleshoot technical issues, manage community engagement, and maintain a clean and organized workspace

What You Need:

  • A valid Working With Children check or willingness to obtain
  • At least 1 year's experience in administration or retail & sales (or both) is highly valued
  • Music industry experience is looked upon favorably but not required
