Studio Support Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Studio Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our studio, providing administrative support and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities, including managing service requests, scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors.
  • Manage office furniture needs, including procurement, setup, and repairs.
  • Supervise reception activities to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and efficient handling of incoming calls and deliveries.
  • Manage the procurement and replenishment of office food and beverage supplies.
  • Oversee the issuance and management of security access cards for employees.
  • Plan and coordinate shift schedules for relevant office support staff.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle numerous issues simultaneously.
  • Good working knowledge of facilities and office management requirements.
