Business Operations Manager

As a key member of our store management team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and your ability to effectively manage and develop your team will be crucial in ensuring ongoing business development and success.

This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow and expand our operations. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team through effective coaching and support to ensure ongoing business development and growth. You will also be responsible for managing the store's inventory and ensuring store presentation standards are always met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and your team.
  • To deliver business objectives and key performance indicators, drive sales and growth.
  • Manage administration of the store from payroll through to stock ordering.

**Requirements:**

  • An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Ability to undergo a Police Check if successful in the recruitment process.
