**Job Summary:**

The role of Assistant Manager supports the Venue Manager in successfully operating a business.

You will lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences by implementing venue operations on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the Venue Manager in achieving business targets
  • To develop and implement operational strategies
  • To manage a large multi-skilled team effectively

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Operational experience to assist the Venue Manager to achieve financial targets
  • A highly developed understanding of guest expectations and experiences
  • Absence of RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications is not allowed
