Business Operations Manager

About This Role
">We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee the provision of central support services to business units in the areas of financial management, human resources, and administrative operations.
The successful candidate will provide financial guidance to ensure effective budget monitoring and compliance with organisational policies. Additionally, they will provide advice on financial and human resource processes in accordance with relevant legislation and directives.
The role requires coordination of branch budget builds, financial monitoring and forecasting, as well as maintenance of establishment information, including the organisational chart, to support the Executive Leadership Team.
A key aspect of this position is identifying and implementing improvements to central support services to enhance efficiency for business units. The Business Operations Manager will also prepare briefing notes on financial and human resource matters, including the use of delegated authorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to participate in meetings and undertake other duties as required to support business priorities. Applications remain current for 12 months.
