Job Summary

As a Fulfilment Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational forecasting and range administration. You will work closely with commercial partners to monitor and highlight deviations, and secure high-quality forecasts in line with order parameters and available sales space capacities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the execution of operational forecasting by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all range administration and operational supply-related questions.
  • Work actively with the commercial team to secure range management processes.
  • Support sales with planning and follow-up of activities.
  • Proactively identify deviations, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytically minded with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office, particularly proficient in Excel.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adept at managing time efficiently.
  • A forward thinker who works calmly under pressure.

Other Information
  • This is a permanent full-time position.

  • This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday from 7am to 9pm.
  • You must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts and alternating weekend shifts.

As a Fulfilment Integration Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Working actively with the commercial team by securing range management processes pertaining sales space parameters.
