We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, support residents' mobility, and maintain accurate health documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities.
- Assist with medication delivery and administration.
- Support mobility according to care plans.
- Maintain accurate health documentation.
- Encourage residents to participate in social activities.
- Build relationships with residents and families.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
- A passion for world-class care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and delegate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Standards.
