RFID Hardware Integration Expert

This role involves leading the installation and integration of RFID hardware and software systems from requirement analysis to on-site implementation and optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:- Design and deploy RFID systems that align with client infrastructure and project objectives.
- Conduct on-site testing to confirm the RFID system configuration meets operational requirements.
- Support field operations including site assessments, setup, system configuration, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage timelines, address challenges, and mitigate potential risks.
- Install, configure, and validate system components in accordance with project scope and documentation.
- Apply software patches and hardware updates as needed to maintain solution currency.
- Enhance system performance through tuning and optimization.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance (Tier 2 level).
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and technical documentation to support training and reference needs.
- In-depth understanding of RFID technologies and applications.
- Proven experience deploying end-to-end RFID solutions, including printers, tags, readers, tunnels, and portals.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in RFID implementation projects.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate technical tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing engagements.
- Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Practical experience with installation and configuration of RFID systems.
- Familiarity with AIDC technologies is advantageous.
