Job Title: IT Specialist

As a key member of the technical team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and optimizing computer systems, networks and technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, configuring and maintaining hardware, software and network systems, troubleshooting technical issues and monitoring system performance.

  • You should have in-depth knowledge of operating systems, network technologies, hardware components and software applications, as well as problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose IT system failures and develop effective solutions.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields is commonly required. This role demands a deep understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose IT system failures and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication abilities to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Experience with system backups and disaster recovery
