Advanced Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Grade 2 Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition team at a tertiary hospital. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based patient-centred nutrition care to patients across acute, subacute and community therapy services.
- This role is responsible for assessing and managing patients' nutritional needs, including enteral and parenteral nutrition.
- Developing and implementing individualised nutrition plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervising students and contributing to the development of junior staff members.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of post-graduate experience in a tertiary hospital setting.
- APD credentialled and eligible for DAA membership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in nutrition education and computer skills.
