
Rail Project Coordinator

**Job Overview:**
- Review and analyze suppliers' schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate interdependent projects and milestones, providing updates as necessary.
- Develop and maintain monthly program reports aligned with supplier/contractor schedules.
- Analyze critical path and time delays in contractor delivery programs.
- Review and provide feedback on suppliers'/contractors' reports.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program possession calendars, ensuring alignment with TfNSW global calendars.
- Work with the PMO CPS team to assign relevant P6 Codes to activities/milestones.
- Develop L2 schedules for risk analysis purposes under Senior Manager's direction.
- Support Director Project Controls in reporting.
- Drive process improvements in schedule reporting.
**Essential Requirements:**
- 4-5 years of professional experience in scheduling/programming roles for construction and rail projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing work breakdown structures, key milestones, and dependencies identification.
- Strong P6 skills for running what-if scenario programs.
- Experience with minor EoT notice submissions.
