**Job Overview:**

  • Review and analyze suppliers' schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate interdependent projects and milestones, providing updates as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain monthly program reports aligned with supplier/contractor schedules.
  • Analyze critical path and time delays in contractor delivery programs.
  • Review and provide feedback on suppliers'/contractors' reports.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage program possession calendars, ensuring alignment with TfNSW global calendars.
  • Work with the PMO CPS team to assign relevant P6 Codes to activities/milestones.
  • Develop L2 schedules for risk analysis purposes under Senior Manager's direction.
  • Support Director Project Controls in reporting.
  • Drive process improvements in schedule reporting.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in scheduling/programming roles for construction and rail projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing work breakdown structures, key milestones, and dependencies identification.
  • Strong P6 skills for running what-if scenario programs.
  • Experience with minor EoT notice submissions.
