Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Station Supervisor to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile rail infrastructure projects, collaborating with experienced engineers and subcontractors.

About the Role

  • Oversee subcontractors and junior staff members while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork and submission.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
  • Attend and run site meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building, civil, and rail station projects.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to converse with the crew.
  • Effective program delivery and tracking of project milestones.
