Clinical Nursing Leadership Position

This role presents an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, providing expert nursing leadership and contributing to the development of specialized clinical practices and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1), relevant post-registration qualifications, and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area corresponding to their specified post-graduate qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert nursing leadership in the development of specialized clinical practices and service delivery.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills and exercise extended autonomy of decision making while collaborating closely with managers and other senior clinicians.
  • Develop and implement clinical management plans to effectively prioritize and problem solve complex clinical care needs.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)

  • At least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area corresponding to their specified post-graduate qualification
