Job Summary">

As a seasoned legal professional, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end litigation files across public liability and recovery matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  2. Manage litigation files from initiation to resolution, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.">
  3. Draft legal advice, indemnity assessments, and strategic recommendations for clients, taking into account their specific needs and circumstances.">
  4. Prepare statements, letters of demand, court documentation, and settlement deeds, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.">
  5. Coordinate with external counsel, liaise with independent experts, and appear in court and mediation proceedings as required, maintaining a professional demeanor and advocating for client interests.">
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, supporting their development and growth within the organization.">
  7. Foster strong relationships with clients, demonstrating commercial acumen and professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.">
