\Your Key Responsibilities\
  • Provide expert, independent legal advice and support to staff in court proceedings, including emergency applications under the relevant legislation.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of legal services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the legal system.
  • Represent the Director-General in legal matters and maintain constructive relationships with key stakeholders.
\Technical Skills and Qualifications\
  • Hold admission as a Barrister-at-Law or solicitor of the Supreme Court.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the organization's services in a court environment and apply technical knowledge to provide high-quality legal services.
  • Demonstrate expertise in litigating, negotiating, providing legal advice, and interacting with clients and stakeholders in a complex legal environment.
