This role is a crucial part of our healthcare team, requiring an Enrolled Nurse to work in the Emergency Department.
The successful candidate will be working in the Bega region and must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate effective clinical communication skills, the ability to identify and resolve conflict situations, and a commitment to maintaining competence and enhancing skills through professional development.

Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care, in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to achieve quality care outcomes.
- Conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups.
- Evidence of participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
