Enrolled Nurse - Emergency Department - Bega position with NSW Health. This permanent role may be full-time or part-time depending on service needs. Location: Bega, NSW.
What you'll be doingThe Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people-focused quality care.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care under supervision within a multidisciplinary team
- Support patient-centred care in line with clinical standards and policies
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Ability to conduct nursing practice that respects individuals' rights within a multidisciplinary context.
- Effective clinical communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) and ability to manage conflict professionally.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining competence.
- Knowledge of person-centred nursing and openness to change in care delivery.
- Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical relevance to the position.
