What you'll be doingThe Enrolled Nurse works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, to provide person-centered care, in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve people-focused quality care.
Selection Criteria- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through IT, written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to identify and resolve conflict.
- Evidence of participation in professional development and commitment to maintaining competence, with willingness to share expertise with colleagues.
- Knowledge of person-centred nursing and willingness to embrace change in care delivery.
- Understanding of quality improvement and evidence-based practice with recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
