The Cyber Security Project Manager role plays a critical part in our strategic cyber security program, overseeing the delivery of key projects within the program.

This includes the development and implementation of a new Security Operations Centre (SOC), endpoint protection, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and security testing capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Cyber Program Manager, project sponsors, resources, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute cyber security projects or sub-projects within the strategic program.
  • Apply project management methods and tools to plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities.
  • Identify and manage project risks effectively.
  • Develop and maintain realistic project plans, including scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans.
  • Track activities against the project schedule and manage stakeholder involvement.
  • Monitor costs, times, quality, and resources used, and take action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.

Requirements Definition and Management:

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for assigned projects.
  • Understand and apply different requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Built and maintain collaborative relationships with project sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues proactively to ensure understanding and buy-in.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated focus on cyber security projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing cyber security solutions is highly desirable.
  • A good understanding of cyber security principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with cyber security governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance standards.

Salary: SGD $120,000 per annum
