About the Role

As a seasoned Cybersecurity Project Lead at Macquarie, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing major cybersecurity projects and initiatives within our Cybersecurity Portfolio Delivery team. Working closely with the Program Manager, you will be accountable for multiple initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing your extensive project management experience and expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain a broad understanding of technology and cybersecurity, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, promoting continuous learning and professional development within the team.

 

About You

We are seeking an exceptional individual with:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in project management, preferably in institutional banking or financial services.
  • Recognized industry certification (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
