About the Role">

This role presents an opportunity to lead the delivery of regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned. As a program delivery expert, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, translating complex regulations into actionable deliverables, and developing briefings to facilitate stakeholder understanding.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Coordinate and lead the end-to-end delivery of all workstreams related to ACMA Enforceable Undertaking (EU) activities.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Develop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverables.
  • Track and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with Controls, Risk, and Program teams.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
  • Able to simplify complex regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory change.
  • Experience in a 'Pace' or Agile delivery environment using Jira or similar systems to manage delivery.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Risk mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Agile, project delivery, or change management are a plus.
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience is preferred.
