Job Opportunity: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will partner with multiple business units to elevate our approach to regulatory obligations and best practice.

As a key member of our compliance team, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance on CoR and HVNL legislation, adapting our systems to ensure full compliance across sites, carriers, and transport contractors.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in transport operations, compliance, or training, underpinned by a thorough and detailed understanding of CoR legislation. Additionally, they will possess strong communication skills, enabling them to deliver high-quality training and communicate complex compliance requirements to diverse audiences.

A strong proficiency in MS Office and report writing is essential, as well as relevant qualifications in CoR, fatigue management, mass, load restraint, or maintenance. ICAM Lead Investigator certification (or equivalent) would be a significant bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and monitor evolving CoR and HVNL legislation, ensuring seamless alignment with our Integrated Safety Management Systems
  • Develop and manage internal and external audit schedules, conducting in-depth audits and producing detailed reports with actionable recommendations
  • Lead training needs analyses and coordinate the design and delivery of compliance programs, coaching junior coordinators and advisors in transport legislation and safety best practice
  • Oversee or participate in ICAM investigations, working closely with QHSE teams to conduct root cause analyses and champion safety improvements
  • Serve as the primary expert for operations teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders on all transport compliance matters
