**Job Overview:**

We seek an accomplished Regulatory Interactions Manager to lead our Banking and Financial Services division in Sydney.

This role is pivotal in managing key ASIC interactions and engagements, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will support the Regulatory Interactions Director in overseeing ASIC interactions, delivering on key regulatory requests, and providing insightful visibility of thematic observations and new regulatory/risk trends to senior stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Interactions Director to oversee ASIC interactions and deliver key regulatory outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of regulatory requests through effective engagement protocols and risk management processes.
  • Provide comprehensive visibility of thematic observations and new regulatory/risk trends to senior stakeholders via regulatory dashboards and internal communication channels.
  • Support internal reporting to the Regulatory Risk Team and other key forums.

**Requirements:**

  • Profound understanding of Retail Financial Services regulations and/or regulatory principles.
  • Previous experience in Risk and Compliance or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
