Design Innovator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Design Innovator to create user-friendly solutions that align with our product's vision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define problems and develop design solutions;
  • Conducting research to understand user needs and developing metrics to track success;
  • Communicating design decisions effectively and justifying them with data and rationale;
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between designs, users, and business objectives;
  • Utilizing data tools to track products and make adjustments;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering products;
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and techniques;
  • Knowledge of data tools and their impact on design;
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and best practices;
  • Expertise in Figma;
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design is an advantage.
