UX/UI Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI design expert to join our team. As a UX/UI designer, you will be responsible for creating designs and prototypes in Figma, testing them with assessors or colleagues, iterating on the prototypes, workshoping ideas with the business analyst and development team, writing user stories and documenting your process and key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in design sprints and workshops
  • Creating low to high fidelity prototypes using our existing Figma Design System
  • Testing designs with users and iterating accordingly
  • Reviewing wireframes to ensure the Figma Design System is applied correctly and making improvements to Figma components where necessary
  • Writing functional user stories in Jira for the development team
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships
  • Outcomes focussed: figuring out what creates the most value for end users and making sure this drives what you do in research, design and testing activities
  • Detailed thinking: Asking questions and being willing to delve into technical details
  • Proficient Figma skills especially with using and creating components
  • Minimum of 2-3 years UX/UI design experience
