About This Role

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee the development, testing, and deployment of our software products. The successful candidate will lead teams in establishing best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and driving strategic projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Cultivate high-performing teams by attracting top talent, providing coaching and guidance, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Manage team performance through goal setting, regular check-ins, and constructive feedback.
  • Partner with product management to establish product objectives, prioritize backlogs, and ensure alignment with market needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing software development teams in an agile environment.
  • A history of delivering large-scale projects from inception to release.
  • Experience working with complex product portfolios across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software engineering best practices, including design patterns, decoupled architectures, test-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A willingness to adapt to contemporary software development technologies.
