Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Client Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our investors, including platforms, dealer groups, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support the outsourced unit registry's service delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting, distributions, and rebates processing.
  • Provide high-level service to existing and prospective investors, responding to queries in a timely manner and demonstrating Capital Group's commitment to superior client service.
  • Manage platform and Management Fee Rebates (MFR) agreements and payments, coordinating with Legal & Compliance and Sales teams.
  • Conduct distributor oversight, including AU DDO reporting and due diligence, and participate in projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison for our Europe-based Tax and Fund Administration teams, assisting with custody, fund account, and financial reporting matters.
Requirements
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates.
  • Ability to evaluate and address data confidentiality and security concerns.
  • Knowledge of the AU managed funds industry, client services, and mutual funds.
  • Ability to collaborate with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide information about Capital Group's AU funds, policies, and services to investors or their representatives.
