We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Client Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our investors, including platforms, dealer groups, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and support the outsourced unit registry's service delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting, distributions, and rebates processing.
- Provide high-level service to existing and prospective investors, responding to queries in a timely manner and demonstrating Capital Group's commitment to superior client service.
- Manage platform and Management Fee Rebates (MFR) agreements and payments, coordinating with Legal & Compliance and Sales teams as needed.
- Conduct distributor oversight, including AU DDO reporting and due diligence, and participate in projects and initiatives to improve our services.
- Act as a liaison for our Europe-based Tax and Fund Administration teams, assisting with custody, fund account, and financial reporting matters.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of associates and external parties.
- Strong knowledge of the AU managed funds industry, client services, and mutual funds, with the ability to apply this knowledge to work assignments.
- Ability to evaluate and address data confidentiality and security concerns when dealing with stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to provide accurate information about Capital Group's AU funds, policies, and services to investors or their representatives.
